SJB Alzheimer's and Dementia Initiative (ADI) VIRTUAL Community Forum Friday, January 29th from 9:00 to 10:30 am

DESCRIPTION The Alzheimer's Association together with community partners in the San Juan Basin of Colorado invite you to join us for this community forum. Together, we will discuss the impact of Alzheimer's and Dementia (ADI) in the San Juan Basin, identify programs and services that support all affected, and work together to address gaps. Our hope is to bring this group together over the next few months so we may work together to increase awareness and strengthen support services so that no one has to walk this journey alone. We hope that you will join us.
